Convert PDF File to Word Document (.DOCX). DOCX (also named Microsoft Open XML) is the most popular format used by Microsoft Word. It is easily editable and can represent a wide range of information including texts, spreadsheets and rich text formats. This format can be opened by Microsoft Word, Open Office and most other document editors.

Convert PDF File to HTML Document (.HTML). HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) is the standard markup language for websites. Paired with CSS, it can represent almost any layout and styles possible for the documents. The file can be easily edited by any plain-text editors though it requires basic coding knowledge if you want to edit them directly. Can be opened and viewed in most browsers including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Convert PDF File to Rich Text Format Document (.RTF). First published by Microsoft, this format soon became popular and supported by most document editors. Though not as flexible as DOCX, RTF is simple and can be edited without large document editors like Word. The file can be viewed and opened directly with Microsoft Wordpad that comes with Windows.

Convert PDF File to Plain Text Document (.TXT). As the name implied, Plain Text Document is just that, text. This is the most simple form of document. There is no supported format or style, just paragraphs of texts. Lightweight, can be viewed and edited on any computer or phone, sometimes simplicity is all you need.

Convert PDF File to Excel Spreadsheet (.XLS). Comes with Microsoft Office, Excel is famous for its grid of cells with powerful tools for aggregating data. If you need to calculate a sum or average quickly, this is your choice. Can be viewed and edited by most Office tools like Microsoft Excel or Open Office.

Convert PDF File to XML Document (.XML). Somewhat unpopular outside of developer community, XML is a markup language that serves its purpose well. Has the same simplicity of Plain Text Document, so it can be viewed and edited in any text editors, but in a sense XML can also support some formatting using CSS and can be viewed in browser.

Convert PDF File to JPEG Images (.JPG). JPEG is popular for its lossy compression and hence produce much smaller file size. Can be viewed on any devices including smart phones and you never have problem with layout. The file can also be edited by any image editor from Microsoft Paint to Adobe Photoshop. Please note: since we convert each page into an image file, we will give you a .zip compression file containing all the pages. You may need to decompress/unzip them to view.

Convert PDF File to Portable Network Graphics (.PNG). Though a bit larger than JPEG in term of size because it uses loseless compression, the output quality of PNG is incomparable. It also supports transparency (although for your documents you will have background with them already).

Convert Word Document to Portable Document Format (PDF). Portable Document Format is developed by Adobe based on PostScript language. PDF is very hard to edit because unlike layout document, PDF is designed for presentation and ensure your document stay the same no matter where it is. If you want to ensure that you will print or send the file as you see on the screen, you should convert it to PDF and you do not have to worry about missing fonts or wrong paper size.
